Laboratory Bottles Made of PFA Fluoropolymer
Ideal for Ultra-pure Laboratory Applications
In elemental trace analysis, detection limits are decreasing more and more. As a result, the demands on the laboratory vessels used are increasing. With glass, quartz, PE and PP, interactions of the vessel material with the sample or reference solution can cause changes in concentration and falsify the analysis results. This problem can be avoided or minimized with laboratory bottles made of high-purity PFA polymer. They are particularly suitable wherever ultra-pure conditions are required, e.g. in ultra-trace analysis, semiconductor process analysis, materials science or bioanalysis with extremely low protein concentrations.
Typical applications
- Storage of ultrapure liquids, HF-containing and alkaline solutions
- Long-term storage of ultra-pure liquids (HNO3, HCl, HF, H2O, H3PO4, H2SO4, etc.), but also of standards and samples with smallest element concentrations (ng to µg/L), as well as of valuable molecular-biological samples with smallest protein concentrations
- Shatterproof storage of hazardous liquids, caustic mixtures and process chemicals
- Sampling of sensitive substances and gases
