Image Splitters
Simultaneously Recording of Multiple Imaging Channels
Time-critical ratiometric measurements like FRET or Calcium imaging as well as polarization measurements or combination of fluorescence and transmitted light applications can be performed much more reliable with image splitters than with sequential imaging techniques. Our systems allow to simultaneously record up to three channels on one camera chip. These partial images can be overlayed distortion-free.
Also two or more cameras can be combined in the same way with image splitters. The equipping with filters can quickly be done thanks to easy exchangable mountings. We are also offering image splitters which are already equipped with filters and beamsplitters.
Equipment which is already in use can be adapted at any time. All image splitter models are suitable to EMCCD and sCMOS cameras.
