Clear Identification of Laboratory Vessels and Samples with Durable Laser Markings

We label laboratory vessels made of PFA fluoropolymer with laser according to your wishes and specifications. The marking is permanent and contamination-free. This allows you to clearly identify vessels, improve your sample management and ensure quality standards in the laboratory.

Laser marking offers great benefits in this matter: it is resistant to external influences such as smearing and UV light or even acids, alkalis, solvents, etc. and readability is remained throughout the vessel’s lifetime. There are also no color pigments or substances applied that could later contaminate the contents of the vessel or the working place.

The marking options are very versatile and can be individually designed: e.g. text, numbers, barcodes, 2D codes (DataMatrix, QR-Code), single-color pictograms, warning and hazard symbols, logos, etc. This allows you to realize labels that are machine-readable and support the automation process in your laboratory. The individual motifs can have a size of up to 70 x 70 mm.

Inspection of ICP Nebulizers

We can check your nebulizer for proper functionality which includes the measuring of the flow rate under different pressure conditions. Additionally, we can check your nebulizer with our microscope for potential material defects.

Repair and Refurbishing of ICP Sample Introduction Components

Accessories for sample introduction systems of ICP instruments have a limited lifespan and have to be repaired after some time. We would like to check for you if a repair could be done and would still make sense. We will then take care of the repairs processing with the manufacturer.

ICP-MS Cones (Sampler / Skimmer)

As cost-saving service we offer you the refurbishing of Platin cones. These cones have a much longer lifetime compared to cones made of Nickel. Often they could be refurbished many times to regain their optimal properties. Thus, you could continue to use them and you would save a lot of money.

ICP Spray Chambers

PTFE spray chambers could also be restored. During time the wettability of the surface will drop down and will therefore reduce the accuracy and sensitivity. We can organize for you the repairs processing with the manufacturer. There a special surface treatment of the spray chamber would be done, which will lead to a recoverment of the wettability and performance.
