Metal-free Sample Digestion in Aggressive Environment Conditions
Aggressive acid vapors can attack metal parts in the laboratory hood which could cause contamination of samples by metal traces. Problems like this can be avoided by using the EasyDigest®. The system consists of a metal-free graphite heating block which is inert to acids due to its PFA fluoropolymer coating. The cables are jacketed with PFA and the temperature controller can be placed safely outside the hood. The graphite heating block enables a uniform temperature distribution and an effective heat transfer to the sample vials. The system can be used with all different type of vessels. Various temperature controllers are available.
