Argolight provides time efficient solutions that imaging core facility managers can realistically use to assess periodically the performance of their microscopes.

Fluorescence-based systems tend to fluctuate from day to day, i.e. due to instable light sources or other effects. This leads to data which are difficult to reproduce. With Argolight's calibration system, we offer you an all-in-one solution that allows to perform regular quality control on your microscope – reliably and time-saving. It consists of:

• Hardware (calibration slide or microplate)
• DAYBOOK software (image analysis and data management).

The calibration slides contain several extremely stable fluorescence patterns with precisely defined features. Each pattern is used to evaluate one or more parameters of your microscope and can be excited with any wavelength between 250 nm and 650 nm. Combined with Argolight's DAYBOOK software, this allows you to monitor the performance of your imaging system over time and detect imaging errors very soon.

Now available: The second Argolight product generation (V2) with the newly developed AG03 glass type, that makes the fluorescence 100 % more intense over the entire spectrum – even up to 3.8 times more intense (depending on the wavelength and imaging method)!
