Due to their excellent material properties and multifunctionality, the GL45 laboratory bottles from AHF analysentechnik are particularly suitable for applications where the highest demands are placed on purity and sample integrity. These include, in particular, ultra-trace analysis applications such as the semiconductor industry, geochemistry or environmental analysis. The GL45 laboratory bottles can also be used in industrial production as packaging containers for storing or shipping high-purity and aggressive acids or active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).
Flexible Possibilities Due to Standard Thread
The bottles have a GL45 standard thread, which is widely used in laboratories. This also enables multifunctional and extremely flexible use with common GL45 adapters or screw caps. AHF also offers matching GL45 adapters with integrated and freely movable distributor inserts: This allows you to supply and discharge media or place probes and electrodes without contamination or loss. The use of bottle-top dispensers is also possible.
When designing the laboratory bottles, we paid particular attention to the needs of the practice:
- The bottles are thick-walled and stable.
- The PFA material is very transparent, making it easy to see the contents of the bottle./li>
- Volume markings make it easy to read the fill level.
- The 1000 mL version has recessed grips for safe handling of the bottle, even when full.
- The supplied PFA screw cap with integrated sealing lip ensures that the bottles can be closed tightly and are leak-proof.
- Thanks to their material properties, the bottles are easy to clean and can often be reused.

The GL45 laboratory bottles are made of the fluoropolymer PFA – a very high-quality polymer that is highly pure, acid-resistant, chemically inert, temperature-resistant from -200 °C to +260 °C, unbreakable and does not interact with biochemical substances.
